1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using RedStacked, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
RedStacked is a team coordination platform for FIRST Robotics and FIRST Tech Challenge teams, supporting onboarding, team formation, and stage-based checklists.
3. Accounts and roles
Accounts may hold one of several roles, including parent, parent volunteer, coach, member, team lead, admin, or unassigned. A parent or guardian may register a student participant on their behalf. Coach and volunteer roles are requested through the platform and must be approved by a team lead before taking effect. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access another team roster or account without authorization, harassing other users, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
5. Minors
RedStacked is intended to be used on behalf of a minor only by their parent or guardian. RedStacked does not knowingly allow a minor to create their own account through self-serve registration.
6. Content and data ownership
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant RedStacked a limited license to use, store, and display that information as needed to operate the platform.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedStacked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used in a way that puts other users at risk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
